>Because it isn’t a mental disorder.Again not because of any medical discovery or breakthrough but because of political backlash by the very group that it was administered to. Which ironically enough now is the same strategy being used by trans people. They are trying to make it that having an extreme form of body dysmorphia is not a mental issue.
>False equivalency. No that's just you being upset at having to be grouped in with other mental issues of varying degrees. People who have depression have a life long mental issue that alters their behavior and life in ways outside the norm of society. Some need treatment and some don't. It doesn't mean they aren't depressed. But if they can live a relatively happy life then there is no issue. The same with homosexuality. It is a mental disorder. But you can live a relatively happy life. That doesnt change it being a mental disorder.
>According to who? I’m in my late 30s.Anon I know I seem to be pushing your buttons but I am honestly not. Being in your 30's and not having found the right person is not a result of you being bisexual alone. It just means you haven't found the right person. But you will at some point in all likelihood, simply because it is the most efficient and pleasant way to live a long and relatively happy life. You are literally on Earth because 2 other humans had a glimpse or understanding of that same ideal. Maybe choosing a side and understanding yourself are intertwined in the person you choose.
