Probably would've got the same treatment as the other big names from Japan. Maybe win the Rumble like Shinsuke. Maybe get a big title run and beat John Cena like AJ in 2016. But you could bet he'd have been doing silly shit in between. After his initial shine, he would've been floating in the midcard like Balor.

Probably would have had a big push at first then just floated around in the upper midcard. WWE has no interest in a 5 star workhorse and Kenny's personality/gimmick probably wouldn't click with the WWE audience.
