Jay's moveset looks broadly better than Styles even if he's physically less athletic and therefore incapable of doing as many flips. Nothing Styles did ever looked as good as White's saito suplex, kiwi crusher, uranage, sleeper suplex or twisting fisherman neckbreaker.
It's not about how much you do, but the quality at which you do it. Sure if you want number of moves, AJ's a better fast food wrestler, but at that point just watch a young cucks match. White's execution is on a different level, as is his character in ring.
Watch the G1 Finals against Ibushi and you'll see character work ahead of what AJ has ever put out, and a match better than anything AJ has ever had that White frankly carried.
