The same AEWtists who endlessly (and rightfully) shit on this during peak Wednesday wars later proceeded to mark out and lose their minds when Cole came to AEW. Then they changed their minds and said this was actually 100% Gargano's fault and everything Cole does here is smooth. Then Gargano's contract expired and they were hype as fuck to get Gargano too.

God damn, I really am sick of how fickle the average wrestling fan is. Homegrown AEW pillars like Darby are sawdusting themselves to draw that company dimes. Lil' Nigga fucking won the ratings war for them and is getting buried so Tony can push Adam Cole who lost it. No wonder MJF is pissed when he's making pennies compared to these rejects.
