Because he also took full booking control and demoted the EVPs, and aside from the first couple months of that, it's been a huge detriment to the show. He's not good. Or at the very least, is stretching himself too thin to be.

Tiny decided to permanently keep it in some sort of introductory phase where the fed is afraid to open its wings and be what it was meant to be. The booking is held back by Tiny's fear of failure.

AEW was built on the image of little guy fighting for what is right.
Danielson fit right in, but hiring the other guys was a titanic mistake and against the very soul of the company.
