Rock and Hogan stuck around after their match plus the match was two superstars colliding with the added bonus of the Hogan turn. Cena is nowhere near them and the match changed nothing, really. nWo Hulk went away, the Hulkamania returned. Cena lost and went right back to being Cena and kept getting main events and title shots. To his credit, he wanted to turn heel at WM29.

Exactly. Nobody remembered Hogan vs Rock 2 because it was on a B PPV. Both the Rock and Cena matches took place on WM and the 2nd one ruined the magic of the first one.
