Not asking confrontationally, but did you watch his Dominion main event with Okada? I don't think there's anyone else out there that does classic heel shit on that level. I wish that match could have happened with a vocal crowd, I think he would have been getting MJF levels of booing during his heel spots.
I love both Jay and current Ospreay btw, and I wasn't watching wrestling during Ospreay's time as a junior but the famous BoSJ match with Ricochet that got him over looks like meaningless flippy white noise to me.

I didn't watch it, I've stopped catching up with NJPW in a long time so that's probably one of the reasons. The last Jay White match I thought was great was G1 Final against Ibushi in 2019 I think.

And focus on becoming more focused at making matches that have more behind them that will make the home promotion matter.

But as far as I can see, that's impossible as long as Will wants to be a revpro guy too.

That's him trying to deflect and make it seem he isn't just critiquing Will when he obviously is. He even throws Jay under the bus by suggesting that Jay had to do something different because he is not a naturally gifted wrestler. It's honestly horseshit and proves that Omega's whole legacy is based of "one guy" as he puts it. He is critiquing Will for what? Basically being Kenny Omega, a guy who gets a rep for doing moves and nothing more. Name a great promo that Omega ever did? His feuds are based on moves he does in ring and the quality of opponent he got to work with. That's been proven even more in AEW where the quality of opponent is less, and Omega is older and more broken down. And you're going to give shit to Will for doing the same?
