Unfortunately, that's covered under free speech most places, but the video of said performances that could spread awareness of this shit and get it shut down is literally illegal as child pornography. They are taking advantage of grey areas in the law that are supposed to protect theater and drawings from censorship. It's a problem, and it's hard to explain to people. Only actual solution I can come up with is to not interact with them. Their kids will, unfortunately, end up killing themselves, statistically speaking, so it's unlikely to have any long term sociological effect.
