When he vacated the belt the ratings carried on as normal and even went up in the summer. Made no difference. take out the one post-mania raw and this is what you get:
avg rating 04/14-06/02 -- 2.95
then after bryan drops belt:
avg rating 06/09-07/28 -- 2.94
ratings had already started going down during bryan's reign, as they normally do after mania, but the post-mania show (which always does a high number) bumped up his average. that's literally all that happened
