NXT is supposed to be to develop younger talent and establish them to the audience. There's too much of a disconnect between NXT and RAW/SD. If someone gets over in NXT you shouldn't fucking repackage them and erase everything they've spent time building up on your other brand.
Give wrestler a set amount of time in NXT and if you don't see improvement out of them just release them.
Nothing is going to change though, WWE refuses to acknowledge NXT as being a thing and doesn't give a fuck about anything that's accomplished there. They'll continue to leave talented people in NXT and debut 'talent' on RAW/SD that can't cut a promo or wrestle, but because they have 'the look' they'll be shoved down the viewers throat before eventually collecting a paycheck to stay at home.
