Cesaro has a singular singles title man.
I don't think Cesaro should've been Universal or World Heavyweight or whatever
But SURELY he could've been Intercontinental or win the United States Title more than once in his career.

Because he didn't need them, he was over without them and he wouldn't elevate the title like guys like Miz or Cena, so there is litterally no reason to put the midcard title on him
