It was wrestling for the crowd that calls them selves "la raza" while thumping their chest, intentionally watches George Lopez's sitcom reruns, doesn't speak a word of Spanish, thinks Tapatio is spicy and tells white people they have no culture.
I will say though the storylines were so over the top that they reached this rarefied air level of bonkers that kept me hooked. I think I understand the whole telenovelas addiction thing after watching LU.
