Natalya is also the only full time woman in WWE that has been called a Diva longer than a "superstar". In fact the roster of Divas in current WWE is really thin (In NXT they weren't called Divas so they don't count even if they wrestled pre 2016)

I checked. The only current full time women in WWE that were first called Divas are: Natalya, Tamina, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. Everyone else debuted after the term Diva and ended along with the championship.

You can add Naomi and Sasha Banks to this but due to their recent walkout I'm unsure if you can call them full time WWE wrestlers anymore.
