A good heel is someone who doesn't actively take away from the show. They don't make you want to change the channel or skip their matches. They're entertaining but you still want to watch them to see them lose. Mid 00s Edge and current Seth Rollins are examples of that.
Guys like Baron Corbin and Theory are just shitters who have go away heat with people. They're in no way entertaining and the main reason people dislike them is because of that.
