Is it true these 2 ran a "gay mafia" in wrestling? Or was it just carnie stories?

Sid Viscous talked about it in a shoot. He mentioned that WWF would take on many guys that had no chance of making it and would be asked to do sexual favors for Vince and Pat, and afterwards they would just release them. He also implied some of the guys only made it as far as they did because they were sleeping with Vince (Shawn I think is who he meant)

Nash and Hall also both confirmed Vince was trying to hook up with them.
