Why would Warner care a bout AEW ppvs lol, they don't own the company and more PPVs just means more content they don't get ad revenue for. If anything this would take matches they're making money on and moving them somewhere they don't make a dime on.

I bet there will be 6 next years, then 10 the next. There is a point of diminishing returns for PPV buys, but even if they could pull 50-75k more freqeuently, that would mean more then Khan's autistic desire for typically a quarterly PPV.

I really don't think AEW's current model will stay like it is past that next TV deal. They are just passing up too much money by not running house shows and not running more PPV's amongst other things.

Obviously running more PPV's isn't preferential since you run through bigger matches more often, which leads to more staleness and often worse PPV's, but 5 star matches don't keep you afloat, money does.
