No, due to most wrestling moves not truly requiring strength but willingness of the opponent to perform them, but that being said Adam Cole should be chasing the TNT title at best, guy just needs to obtain otter mode and he will be fine.

Wrestlers should have enough strength to control their own body weight and be able to lift opponents safety if needed. Cole was shaking so hard during that double suplex on the ramp at forbidden door. I don't watch a lot of his matches, so I don't know if he usually does moves that involve lifting his opponents.

It's interesting to think about, if wrestlers got paid to go to the gym or could claim a personal trainer, gym time, or a gym membership/equipment on expenses (not sure if the latter is already done) you might see more muscular guys in wrestling, which would make gay people like you very happy

I swear ive seen him do a suplex to others before, but most definitely not hold them for any length if time, just up and down. Up and Down suplex requires assistance from the opponent to get them up, but HOLDING them up requires strength Cole does not have, thus why he was shaking even with help, but yeah Cole is more of a brawler due to his size, and avoids most lifiting moves. Hell his Panama Sunrise requires the opponent to do most of the work. (Has the captcha added a 6th character now???)
