People saying Taker was higher rank than Kane during the Attitude Era.

From 98-2003 Kane was way more over than Carder. We all cringed at old man Taker coming out to Limp Bizkit and Kid Rock.

kane was very popular, everybody wanted a kane mask, but he was a jobber after 98 and biker taker was pretty over when it was new. taker was feuding with austin for most of 98 and a good portion of 99. he was higher rank than kane for pretty much all of the attitude era. the ministry was one of the biggest and most popular storylines that entire period
