WWE Raw is getting some help tonight, assuming things to according to plan.
Fightful Select has learned that WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther was scheduled for the July 4 episode of WWE Raw, at least as of the morning of the show. Gunther was not featured on WWE Money in the Bank, but is heavily favored by people of influence within the company.
We're told that the original plans called for him to be in a segment with a "very patriotic" R-Truth.
In addition, we've heard that Alexa Bliss, Riddle, Street Profits, Theory, MVP, Omos, Bobby Lashley, Otis, Chad Gable, Mysterios and Judgment Day were all scheduled to be featured on Raw as of the morning of the show.
