the WWE Universal title has the worst and gayest lineage in wrestling history. It began with Finn Balor, that tells you all you need to know. Should have pulled the plug on it right then and there. no not really. they had one serious midcard belt, Intercontinental. the other was a joke belt. a mistake that led to watering down the championships. all you need is one stepping stone belt for the top technical worker and/or a potential future world champ and that's it.
