No.... but I wouldn't argue against him being the #1 guy post Hogan and pre-NWO and Attitude Era. Although business wasn't up, he peaked at the perfect time for his "legacy". She was insanely envious (with good reason, to be fair), and would just constantly fight with Bret any time he was actually at home, often doing attention-seeking shit like saying she was leaving him and taking the kids only to come back to Bret within a few days to a week.

Owen's wife had a reason to be a cunt to WWE cause they killed her husband due to gross negligence and were bullying her after she wanted to look into some answers of what really happened. Bret's wife on the other hand was batshit crazy and got into fights with Bret over small things. And while Bret was not blameless cause he was a serial womanizer it's no wonder he did that cause his wife was a miserable human being.
