>>6323877You are a mark who fell for Dr Omalu's "80 year old alzheimers brain" catchphrase. You clearly have done no research and like most people all you know is that line from 2008. Dr Omalu is known for making outlandish statements about his findings. Benoit's brain was no more damaged than many wrestlers and fighters, he was just one of the first high profile CTE cases so people think he is unique, but he is not. Many wrestlers have been diagnosed with CTE since Benoit. If Foley died and donated his brain it would also look like Benoit's, if not worse. Has Foley been walking around like an alzheimers patient for the last 15 years? Do you not think Shamrock's brain is just as fucked?
What about Nancy filing for divorce and getting a restraining order in 2003 because she "feared for her and Daniel's lives"? Was Benoit brain dead as far back as 2003? For an alzheimers patient he did really well to carry on touring with WWE for 4 years and win a world championship. Perhaps the alzheimers brain only possessed him occasionally and left him alone while he was at work
Maybe the CTE made him kill his family, or maybe he was just like thousands of people who kill their wives, and he just happened to have CTE because of his occupation. Are you going to give all wrestlers/fighters a "family killing pass" because they happen to have CTE because of their jobs?
>If Benoit lived, knowing what we know, there is zero chance of any outcome other than Not Guilty By Reason Of InsanityIf Benoit was alive there would be no CTE scans or "alzheimers patient" talk. All they would see is a model employee who kept up with WWE's busy touring schedule. They would also see his past problems with Nancy. He would be totally fucked. He would just be another weirdo who killed his family
