As far as everything that makes a wrestler good on-screen (Best damn physique in the game, awesome performances, good promos) he nailed it all.
*however*, he didn't politic hard enough. Him having morals kept him from stomping on competitors like HHH and The Rock, which means he'll never be a legend. He could have been, but he was too good for the industry.
Booker's the top guy in my books though. Absolutely great from front to back of his career.
