Fake news, doctored footage, he was joking, etc. Never daring to speak ill of Dear Leader. Everything he does is amazing. All the focus is on the failures of the other side, never their own.
Liberals are reluctant to fall in line and far more critical of the Democrats than conservatives are of the GOP, it's not even close. They ''eat their own'' as the right loves to say and it weakens them politically, but that's the price of having some standards and self respect.
