To be far to MJF, Christian has several decades more experience and he wasn't nearly as good as MJF is when he was MJFs age. It took him awhile to hit his stride.

So, basically, keep MJF because he's already good and will get better, and you'll still have a guy of Christians quality long after Christian retires?
