They completely ignored a peaceful protest going on right outside and barrelled through to confirm the election results despite states issuing challenges to the SC and numerous people attempting to have their cases heard in the courts; the only logical decision was to storm the Capitol and force them to stop until their concerns were addressed.
Luckily, the Supreme Court and the state governments have helped to strengthen voter ID laws and protect them from frivolous politically-charged legal challenges. It's very unlikely 2020 will ever happen again as a result, and now Joe literally has a record-high disapproval with a record-low approval rating as even the normies are starting to realize what happened.
