The exact opposite; Nishimura only has a few cool new characters (Kevin Mask, Checkmate, Barrierfreeman and a few others) with a bunch of inferior retreads. And nothing in Nisei is as good as the Seven Devil Choujin or Scramble for the Throne arcs

the sub actually isnt done. idk what the fan consensus is, but I would read the manga for the majority of the series and then watch the anime of the final arc since its done. The early part is goofy 70s comedy but it quickly becomes a fun shonen
