Yes

a 4 point game is actually exciting. These days most games are fucking 20 point blowouts because 3 point shooting is so streaky. Usually one team is hot and the other is cold. It's fucking boring as shit. The games are way less competitive overall.

Old fag here, and this isn't remotely true. Been watching the nba since like 88 and there is almost no post play. Almost no midrange. Very little actual 1on1 or 2 man game. Everything is basically high pick and roll and 3's.
