Most of it is pretty accurate. Super Cena pushed older wrestling fans away but drew children buying t shirts. Thus the profits over quality decline began. Orton isn't a good face and has never been a main event draw. Not sure what he was thinking about Carlito though. He was never going to be the guy.

Cena really was an IWC favorite in 2002 as an edgy heel. Everyone knew he was going to be a star. Then they turned him into the most generic, phony and corporate face ever which the IWC hated. Then to make matters worse, they gave him some of the worst booking ever by having him feud with a bunch of popular internet heels like Christian, Jericho, Angle and others that only further encouraged people to go against him.

If you are just trying to make sure the crowd cheers him and not the heels, people like Big Show, JBL, Kane, Chris Masters, JBL and others who weren't over with the IWC as heels would have been better options.
