tape trading existed, you know, it had very little to do with Meltzer and more to do with more styles being available and people actually enjoying those styles and wanting to work those styles themselves. RVD and Misterio have more to do with the PWG style than a newsletter writer. Meltzer was very late to PWG and published ROH results and reviews weeks after events happened, and enjoyed more mat-based work. You don't actually have a clue what you're talking about
