I think it's probably the biggest waste of a show ever. It just accomplishes nothing but padding stats. They could get people experience on there ala NXT but opt not to and they could produce good shows with it, but never even try.

To give random guys who are never on tv a huge winning streak, so they can appear on dynamite and no one knows who they are and they get squashed and no one cares. Actual B TV shows have been pointless since the dawn of time. I've been watching wrestling since 2001 and I have never ever once in my life watched Heat, Jakked, Metal or Velocity. If I didn't see them in TEW mods, I'd never know these shows existed. Why would I spend my time watching a program full of actual jobbers and occasional mid-carders? AEW's done well with people like Jade and Anthony Ogogo. If they had about 10 other people like that like WWE does, they'd be on a pretty good path.

I realize NXT not a ratings smash, but it shouldn't be expected to be. It's developmental, a lot of the wrestlers are rookies, it changed nights and it's WWE's 3rd show of the week.

You can see everything that I've watched on my site. Unless things completely changed within month, Dark is people doing squash matches with no build in front of a dead crowd with little to no non-wrestling segments. Elevation is also squash match heavy with matches without build.
