They got all the perfect camera angles, a documentary crew just happens to be filming Bret at the exact same time, etc. Another big thing for me is Vince would never ever let anyone spell out his competition's name in the ring unless it was a work. It may not have worked out in the long run with how WCW booked Bret at first and his supposed career-ending concussion at the hands of Jewberg but I'm certain Vince had plans to bring him back after a few years
