If he went to WWE they'd never take him seriously on account of his height and he'd never get anywhere. Best case scenario he'd be a comedy midcarder, his athletic ability and latent charisma would start shining through and then he'd get buried for being "too over". Then they'd job him out on the bottom of the card but also keep him on the payroll instead of firing him so nobody else can have him.
If he went to AEW he'd basically be getting the Darby Allin treatment. They'd act like they respect his talent and even go as far as heralding him as the future of the business but in reality he'd just end up doing nothing of worth, he'd have no creative direction and they'd job him out most of the time because every second he spends on screen is a second that could be given to Adam Cole instead. Both companies have shown on multiple occasions that they can't have a good thing without dropping the ball on it eventually.
