It's crazy how easily companies bow down if a female employee starts going about "muh mental health." I've seen it first hand in wagie jobs where women call out because of "anxiety" and face zero repercussions. Meanwhile I'd get chewed out for asking for a specific day off well in advance to go to a doctor's appointment
