It was billed as a co-main event

Bam Bam/Taylor was for New York market
Diesel/HBK was for wrestling fans

Look at who was featured on promo material. Look at who was featured at press conference. Look at who was featured at open workout.

Dirt sheet reports at time said they didn't know what match would close show and it was stil being debated. In replays of WM (which drew biggest TV ratings of 1995 for wrestling) Diesel/HBK was shown last.

Again posters for event tell you all you need to know.
