>>6475872I like Shut Your Mouth specifically because it was the last one that had that simpler grapple system. It's so awkward locking up before every move you do in HCTP onward. You only get four more moves with it and a lot of it is lame stuff like chin locks and arm breakers that I purposely avoid using anyway.
Submission system sucked too. Hate having to spam 5000 leg stomps to even have a chance to submit somebody with the ankle lock. And I have never been able to outmash the AI on the hardest difficulty once. I've been able to break diamond in Mortal Kombat's test your might with my button mashing abilities but I can't make Triple H tap to the crossface.
