The publishers, the studio, AEW and WWE are currently in negotiations how to resolve the rights issue to Kenny Omega and the "battle cry" theme.
There is a chance that Omega will be omitted from the AEW game entirely just to keep matters simple. Else this would ensue licensing and royalties chaos like crazy.
After all, Omega is already signed with WWE and his character is already being worked on for next year's WWE game.
