There here's your card, Paul should have returned a month earlier as a heel and won the undisputed title instead of turning Y2J, would have made more sense. Rock facing Hogan is a no brainer, Austin vs Flair would be a better program than doing Austin vs Hall which is stupid, Hall and Nash vs Brothers of Destruction would get over huge

If Austin didn't refuse to work with Hogan then Rock would've faced Hall as Nash would've still torn his quad. It did feel weird at the time that the Rock got the rub as he was a glorified part-timer by then but it is what it is.

It wouldn't've been nearly as good. Austin was a fucking wreck physically by '02. As was Hogan, but at least with The Rock you had one guy in the match whose body wasn't totally hosed.

If it was going to happen, it would've made more sense a few years later when Austin had enough time on the shelf to at least somewhat unfuck his body.
