Every story has to have a reason to exist, what exactly is the tribal chief? WHO is the tribal chief? Why does he want to be awknowledged? Who does he want to be awknowledged by? Why did he need to side with Paul Heyman? What is his end goal??

We are 2 years into this storyline and none of this shit has been answered, I thought after Wrestlemania 37 we would start to get progress and he would call out The Rock or something but no, who exactly is this for? Is the tribal chief an actual character or just a means to an end?
