It's a double edge sword for him.
On one hand it makes WWE more competitive and is a better option for high end talent now. From small time to big time. Jay White and Kenny Omega are getting way bigger offers than they would have under Vince.
On the other hand, it raises his stock hugely in the industry. You need to realize how much Vince loyalism exists in the industry. Danielson almost didnt leave because he loves Vince. Do Sammy and KO resign with no Vince? Will Cena go back with no Vince? etc
Totally shakes things up but for whatever losses he takes theres more opportunities.
