He got done dirty with the Heyman stuff. It was over too soon so we didn't get to see much of that. He is a great worker but lacks charisma, lacking in mic skills and doesn't have the greatest look. He should have had some singles matches and title runs, a main event or two as well. He isn't top guy material but he is the trusted workhorse guy.

He got given the chance to show what he could do on the mic that one time during a long unscripted in-ring promo and he completely ruined all hope of ever being a top guy as soon as he said “ these 4 ropes” .the crowd literally laughed at him and he awkwardly had to try to salvage it by then saying he meant the “four ring posts” and then counted them kek

When the swing was at it's peak of popularity in the WWE Cesaro was literally booked to lose to a roll up right after he completed it perfectly. This was after the Andre the giant battle royale thing. I kept on noticing stuff like that screwing up any momentum when he should have been winning.

Yeah it was really only visually impressive a limited number of times. Just kinda weird they put to brakes on it when the crowds seemed to be eating it up. I hope he does the UFO thing like twice more in the career and focuses on other moves specific to who he facing.

Unlike Danielson, Punk, and AJ, Cesaro doesn't have great charisma. He can get somewhat over with his ring work due to his strength but he cannot talk for long. He was not what WWE wants out of their guys. I don't think he's someone you can build a company around. Upper-midcard guy who can give you a great PPV main event when you need it.

I think Vince only did it to silence the critics as to why promos are scripted for all the midcarders. Cesaro is as exciting as a plain cheese sandwich.
