Realistically, how tough is the average pro wrestler in terms of shoot fights?
Surely the average pro wrestler could easily heem an average joe or someone who has a small amount of experience in martial arts, right? Most of them are still massive people and hell, some basic moves you learn at wrestling schools translate well to shoot fights afaik. The pain tolerance of a pro wrestler is very high as well.
