Exactly. They could have offered a legit alternative. Instead, Tony fell for Vince's strategy of releasing 1,000 shitters. He signed them all, turned AEW into garbage early TNA and completely fucked the opportunity. Now the honeymoon period is over, they can't sell tickets and the ratings are shit. Tony blew it.

Yeah this was so fucking confusing to watch. That Ass Boy served Max so hard in the opening that Max froze up, didn't know how to respond and the Ass Boy had to save him by going a second time right after the first, and intentionally rapping shitty to give Caster a chance, and even then Max never came back from it. What a shitshow.

Nobody believes in it, not even Tony, which is why Rampage is almost Dark tier in terms of quality. At this point they could give that slot to ROH and keep AEW with just Dynamte and the YouTube shows, because there has never been a reason to watch Rampage besides the first few episodes.
