Happens in every deluded fandom, I've learned. They can't criticize the current thing, until the newer version is announced. Then the 'old version' was the worst, they never liked it, and the new will save them and is infallible. Rinse and repeat.

aew were already way behind a wwe that was fucking terrible so yeah it is pretty bad news for aew. they had 3 years where wwe was stuck in the mud and stale, and they did not capitalize
