Considering that I personally know people who trained with him at Roufousport, CM Punk would lose in a street fight to literally anyone. He's not a natural athlete and has horrible psychology when it comes to fighting.
However, in an MMA match against someone with limited or no BJJ skills, he would likely do very well.
