Chael drew buys to a show nobody was going to buy, but it was nowhere near a big show buy either and he never made that much again. People were just shocked that it did better than expected. He never really drew after that. He's good on the mic, but he was never a big draw.
UFC's biggest draws are Brock and Conor, with Rousey right there. That's not including the old guard like Tito, Shamrock and stuff who had to do way more to sell a card. But Brock and The Ultimate Fighter are the reason UFC blew the fuck up.
