At the moment there seems to be a lack of viable baby faces, the belts need to come off Rosa and Jade, statlander should be the one to take the TBS title off Jade as she seems like the only believable option and it frees jade to start building her up for a woman's title run, for that though the belt needs to be on a Babyface and someone other than Rosa cause she's been a flop, so either need a transitional heel (not sure who that could be maybe deeb) or have Rosa turn heel either way still got the same problem of what Babyface to put it on for jade to beat later, maybe Toni storm or shida again. Also start setting up for a woman's tag division, TayJay, the baddies, thunderstorm if keeping Rosa face, bunny and ford, Nyla and shafir, Britt and Jamie. Then go from there

Fire all the joshis and try to hire Mei Suruga
Make matches shorter and give more focus to angles and promos

Nah she's not world champ level yet, she could be a potential to take the TBS title from statlander though since they already got history and I think their 2 styles would mesh well in a match, I'm leaning more towards Rosa turning heel on Toni and running an angle with that to get the belt on Toni

After a month or two of build up, have Jade kill Thunder Rosa. Let her go undefeated until somebody starts to care. Let Anna Jay and Kris Statlander feud over the TBS title for a while. Let Schafir and Hersch stat pad on Dark, then job them to whoever you want on Rampage. Stick them both in a tag team and get a tag team division going since you have so much women on the roster. Make a Women Tag Team division with a belt that will be defended exclusively on Rampage (I know there are too many titles, but TK has so many fucking wrestlers, and since I cant fire them I gotta give them something to do), give the titles to Hersch and Schafir dirty to whoever you please, feud tem with Rosa and Storm until the next PPV and job them to Thunder Storm. Have Maki Itoh come back and give her and Britt a feud with Thunder Storm. Nobody cares who gets the straps at this point, this is just so TK gives them something to do. If Jade eleveates the main women's title - let her go the Lesnar route and have her fight only on PPVs just to kill everyone. If not - have Shida come back and give her the first win. You have anywhere between one and three years to do everything.

I'd like to leave this post by saying that fantasy booking is for faggots and retards. AEW will never improve until they slash the roster in half. Pro Wrestling Sim is better than TEW.
