AEW has done like twenty hardcore/stipulation matches but none of them have the edge that something as simple as Jay and BC getting really aggressive with the referee at the last G1 show had. Eddie vs Jericho could be such kino if everybody involved had better instincts and used moments that feel as real and brutal as that Hansen spot sparingly.
