Now that the coof is over, they are slowly recovering, but it's hard. Basically a year or two off, along with rough booking during the year off has cooled them off. They seem to rebounding in Japan, but AEW has all the attention in the US. New Japan Strong is a great show, but it's basically just an Indie, a New Japan NXT and makes money accordingly. Financially, they are doing fine. The big issue is they are way behind where they would be now if it wasn't for the coof. Slowed growth is the problem, not the threat of bankruptcy.
