Him having that tiff with McAfee because he was scared Vince was going to be mad is a very real, understandable thing to me. My boss is also a lunatic like Vince that has a hair trigger but has also taught me a lot about the right way to do things to make him happy.
The question is, will Cole be able to transform into a better commentator and train his proteges better without Vince in his ear? Or will he be so ingrained in doing Vince's way that he'll have to be replaced?
